The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) gave the green light for Canadian Medical Center Co. to transfer from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).
In a Tadawul statement, the company said its shares will continue to trade in Nomu until the end of the period for publishing the transfer document.
Accordingly, the issuer should publish the transfer document within three trading sessions following Tadawul approval.
The document will be available to the public on the issuer, Tadawul, and the financial advisor's websites for 10 trading sessions.
Shares will halt starting the day after the end of the document publication period and for no more than five trading sessions to start the transfer procedures.
Tadawul will also announce the date of the trading suspension and start of listing the issuer's shares in the Main Market once the procedures are completed.
In July, the Canadian Medical Center submitted a request to move to TASI through the automated system set by the regulatory entities for this purpose.
The medical services provider debuted on Nomu on Aug. 2, 2021. Its capital reaches SAR 77 million, divided into 77 million shares, at a par value of SAR 1 a share.
This is the 17th company to move from Nomu to TASI.
