Nazaha investigates 387 suspects, 134 detained

The Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) launched multiple criminal and administrative cases during September through 2,662 inspection tours.

 

According to a post on X, Nazaha investigated 387 suspects and detained 134, some of whom were later released on bail, in connection with allegations of bribery and abuse of official authority.

 

The authority noted that the detainees include employees from the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Ministry of Defense (MOD), Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Justice (MOJ), and Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (HAJ).
