Salama reappoints Montaser Foudah Chairman, Fahad Kurdi Vice Chair

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. obtained today, Oct. 1, the non-objection of the Insurance Authority for the appointment of the Chairman and Vice Chairman for the new four-year board term starting on Sept. 11, 2025 and ending on Sept. 10, 2029.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company announced reappointing Montaser Mohammed Foudah as Chairman and Fahad Talal Kurdi as Vice Chairman.

 

According to Argaam’s data, Salama’s ordinary general assembly meeting approved in September the election of board members from nominees for the upcoming board term ending on Sept. 10, 2029.
