Alamar Foods Co. appoints Eugeniu Comarniţchi as interim group CFO, effective Oct. 5

Alamar Foods Co. said its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mario Jiménez, has resigned for personal reasons.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said Eugeniu Comarniţchi has been appointed interim group CFO, effective Oct. 5.

 

Comarniţchi has been with Alamar Foods for the past two years, serving as Financial Planning and Margins Director, the statement added.

 

Alamar reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing operational and financial efficiency to serve shareholders’ interests and strengthen its leading position in the food and quick-service sector.
