Naba Alsaha, Hail Municipality mutually terminate lease deal

Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. said it has signed a mutual termination agreement with Hail Municipality to end a 25-year land lease contract intended for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a private hospital, clinic or medical complex on the allocated plot.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the agreement was signed on Oct. 2, with no financial or contractual obligations on either party.

 

In June 2023, Naba Alsaha received a letter of award from Hail Municipality to lease a land plot in Hail for the purpose of establishing, operating, and maintaining a hospital, a private clinic, or a medical complex, according to data available with Argaam.

 

The contract value stood at SAR 2.16 million, inclusive of VAT.
