Mutakamela Insurance EGM approve amending bylaws

Mutakamela Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved amending bylaws to align with the new Companies Law, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 2.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that shareholders also approved the nominations and remuneration policy for board members, committees, and senior executive management.
