Zamil completes rebrand to SENAAT

Zamil Industrial Investment Co. said it has completed all formalities to change its name to Advanced Building Industries Co. (SENAAT), including securing approval from the extraordinary general meeting held on Sept. 21.

 

In September, shareholders approved amending Article 2 of the company’s bylaws to reflect the name change, according to Argaam data.
