Riyadh Season 2025 is set to be launched on Oct. 10, with a different start from previous editions, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Advisor Turki Al-Sheikh said.

 

The Riyadh Season brand will celebrate its second anniversary in a month, Al-Sheikh said at a government press conference, adding that its market value in the latest evaluation reached $3.2 billion.

 

The 2025 Riyadh Season figures included 2,100 companies, with 95% being local, in addition to 4,200 contracts, 11 entertainment zones, 15 international championships, and 34 exhibitions and festivals, according to the Chairman.

 

He also stated that Saudi Arabia has become one of the most influential hubs in the global entertainment industry.

 

Riyadh Season creates about 25,000 direct jobs and 100,000 indirect jobs. It complements other state initiatives such as the Red Sea Festival and others, he further stated.
