Saudi Fisheries extends MoU with Aqua Bridge Farms for 1 month

Saudi Fisheries Co. (SFICO) extended the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Aqua Bridge Farms Co. (ABFC) for an additional month.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the extension period will end on Nov. 6 and may be extended further upon written agreement between the two parties.

According to data available with Argaam, Saudi Fisheries signed a non-binding MoU with ABFC last January, aiming to establish a general framework for cooperation in the aquaculture sector, define the scope of work, and explore potential partnership opportunities.
