Almoosa Health Co. renewed an agreement with Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare Co. on Oct. 6 to provide medical care services for one of the client companies’ employees, retirees, and family members, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract value is not determined as it follows a fee-for-service model, whereby the actual financial obligations are determined based on the volume of services provided during the contract term.

The agreement covers a wide range of healthcare services for a period of three years, starting from Dec. 1, 2025.

Almoosa expects no significant financial impact from the renewal, as the agreement represents a continuation of an existing contract considered material to the company. The financial impact will continue to reflect in the company’s normal operating results throughout the contract period.

There are no related parties involved in this agreement, the statement added.
