Saudi Logistics Services Co. sets up new subsidiary ‘SAL Zones’

Saudi Logistics Services Co. (SAL) established a wholly owned simplified joint stock subsidiary (SJC), under the name “SAL Zones” and a unified national number 7051975964.

 

SAL Zones has a paid-up capital of SAR 500,000, and an authorized capital of SAR 1.4 billion, SAL said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company explained that this step aims to support the expansion of its future business growth and achieve its strategic objectives of diversifying revenue sources.

 

SAL owns 100% of SAL Zones, whose main activities are storage and transportation, it said.
