Arab Sea seals SAR 11.8M deal with King Abdulaziz University

Arab Sea Information Systems Co. signed, on Oct. 8, a contract worth SAR 11.76 million (VAT inclusive) with King Abdulaziz University (KAU) to operate the latter’s e-learning systems and develop online courses.

 

The financial impact of the 36-month contract is bound to be reflected in its income statements from 2026 through the end of 2028, according to a Tadawul filing today, Oct. 9.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

 

Last August, Arab Sea won the contract with KAU, according to Argaam’s data.
