Al Ashghal Al Moysra signs SAR 12.7M contract with Madinah Municipality

Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co., listed on the Nomu-Parallel Market, signed a project contract with Madinah Municipality, valued at SAR 12.72 million, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the 36-month contract covers the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of Quba Municipality buildings and their affiliated facilities in Madinah, under a performance-based agreement.

 

Al Ashghal Al Moysra added that the project is expected to have a positive financial impact during 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028, noting that there are no related parties involved in the deal.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company won, in August, the project by the Madinah Municipality.
