Al Mohafaza signs a cooperation agreement with King Abdulaziz University to operate several health diploma programs in Hafar Al-Batin

Al Mohafaza Company for Education signed, on Oct. 9, a cooperation agreement with King Abdulaziz University to implement and operate a number of health diploma programs in Hafar Al-Batin Governorate.

Under the agreement, 70% of the revenues collected will go to King Abdulaziz University, while the remaining 30% will go to Al Mohafaza.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract duration is linked to the length of the Associate Diploma Program (two years and six months), starting from the date of admission to any university-approved program until the graduation of the final batch of students. The contract period shall not exceed 50% of the duration of any program.

According to the contract terms, Al Mohafaza will be responsible for furnishing its building in Hafar Al-Batin in accordance with the technical requirements and program needs, as well as providing the necessary administrative staff.

Meanwhile, King Abdulaziz University will handle the regular admission and registration procedures in line with its regulations and the applicable rules in the Kingdom. The university will also be responsible for issuing student IDs, accrediting health and education diploma programs, and approving the participation of qualified male and female faculty members in the educational process.

The deal is expected to have a positive impact on the results during the first half of 2026, after the diploma programs begin operating, the statement added.

The agreement aligns with the company's strategy to expand its presence in the health education and training sector nationally.

The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the agreement, which was concluded in the normal course of business and did not include any preferential terms.
