Alkhaleej Training inks SAR 48.4M contract with Princess Nourah University

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. signed today, Oct. 12, a contract worth SAR 48.41 million (including VAT) with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to operate the English Language Institute for the 2025/26 academic year.

 

Under the deal, Alkhaleej Training will undertake the operation of the English Language Institute at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University for the 2025/26 academic year, aliging with the contractual terms and specifications, according to a Tadawul filing.

 

It added that the contract term is 12 months, starting from the date of the site handover, noting that there are no related parties involved.

 

This contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial results starting from Q4 2025. The financial impact will continue throughout the contractual period.
