NDMC closes October issuance of SAR-denominated sukuk program at SAR 7.55B

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed the order book for its domestic issuance for October, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
 

Total allocations amounted to SAR 7.547 billion, while the value of total subscription requests reached SAR 7.547 billion, NDMC said in a statement today, Oct. 14.
 

The issuance was divided into four tranches. The first tranche totaled SAR 538 million, maturing in 2028, while the second reached SAR 493 million, maturing in 2032.
 

The third tranche was valued at SAR 2.45 billion and will mature in 2036, followed by a fourth tranche of SAR 4.065 billion, maturing in 2039.
