Saudi Networkers Services Co. logo captured, as the company reappoints Abdulmohsen Al-Touq Chairman and Osama Alsabeg Vice Chairman

Saudi Networkers Services Co.'s board of directors reappointed on Oct. 14 Abdulmohsen Al-Touq as Chairman, and Osama Alsabeg as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board further approved the formation of the audit committee including Abdullah Al-Hussaini, Khaled Eid, Mohammed Ghonaim and Mohammed Salem.

 

Moreover, the board approved the formation of the nominations and remuneration committee comprising Osama Alsabeg, Mohammed Almohimeed and Mussab Alkhudairi.

 

The statement pointed out that the board appointed the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Tadawul Group Holding Co. and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa), in addition to appointing a secretary to the board.
