The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the trading suspension of Canadian Medical Center Co.'s (CMCER) shares starting from Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025. The suspension is for a period not exceeding five trading sessions to complete procedures for transferring its shares from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).

The listing and trading date of the company’s shares in the Main Market will be announced as soon as the procedures are completed, according to a statement.

According to Argaam’s data, the company said earlier that Oct. 16 is the last day of the period during which the document related to the transfer of its shares from Nomu to TASI is available for public review.

The Saudi medical services provider debuted on Nomu on Aug. 2, 2021, with a capital of SAR 77 million, divided into 77 million shares, at a par value of SAR 1 a share.

CMCER is the 19th company to move from Nomu to TASI.
