TADCO MoU with NEOM Food expires without extension

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) said the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with TOPIAN Ltd. (NEOM Food Co.) expired on Oct. 17 and will not be extended.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the expiry of the MoU will have no financial impact.

 

According to data available with Argaam, TADCO signed the MoU with TOPIAN in April 2024 to collaborate on the planning, development, construction, and operation of greenhouse farming projects for fruit and vegetable production at TADCO’s site in Tabuk.

 

The MoU was previously extended for six months, starting April 17, 2025
