Sinad Holding’s shareholders elected a new board of directors for a three-year term.

Sinad Holding Co.’s shareholders elected a new board of directors for a three-year term, starting Oct. 27, at an ordinary general meeting on Oct. 19, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The newly elected members are Naif Alrajhi, Abdulaziz Yamani, Amr Kamel, Abdullah Al-Howaish, Tareq Ibrahim, Ahmed Al Sheikh, Mansoor AlBosaily, Faisal Shaker, and Saad Al-Khalab.
