CMCER to debut on TASI starting Oct. 22

Shares of Canadian Medical Center Co. (CMCER) will begin trading on the Main Market (TASI) starting Oct. 22 under the symbol 4021, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement. 
 
The stock will trade with a daily fluctuation limit of ±10%. 
 
On Oct. 1, Tadawul approved the company's request to transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to TASI, according to Argaam data.
 
CMCER made debut on Nomu on Aug. 2, 2021. The company had SAR 77 million in capital, divided into 77 million shares at a par value of SAR 1 each.
 
This marks the 19th transition to TASI. 
 
CMCER shares were halted from trading on Oct. 19. 
 
The stock will open at SAR 9.05 on TASI; its last closing price on Nomu.
