CMA nods to Tharawat Tuwaiq-AlKhair Capital merger

The Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) board approved today, Oct. 20, the merger of Tharawat Tuwaiq Financial Co. as the merged company into AlKhair Capital.

 

The approval came based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, it added in a statement.
