Smile Care gets Health Ministry license for dermatology department at Riyadh branch

Basma Adeem Medical Co. (Smile Care) obtained the Ministry of Health’s license to open a dermatology department at its branch located in the Al-Malqa neighborhood on Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Road in Riyadh.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company clarified that it is scheduled to begin operating and receiving patients starting Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, under the name “Derm Care”.

 

According to the company, the opening comes in accordance with the expansion plan developed by its board of directors to enhance its presence in the market, expand its customer base, and increase market share in the medical sector, in line with the company's strategy for growth and achieving sustainable returns for shareholders.

 

The company also expects the financial impact of this expansion to appear starting from Q4 2025, affirming its commitment to disclose any relevant material developments as soon as they become available.
