The board of directors of United International Holding (Tasheel), which is 100% owned by United Electronics Co. (eXtra), reappointed Fozan Al Fozan as Chairman and Mohamed Fahmy as Vice-Chairman for the new three-year term that started on Oct. 21.
The board further approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Meanwhile, they named representatives of the company at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange Tadawul, and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to applying of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
Additionally, a board secretary was appointed.
In a separate statement, the company added that the board decided to form the audit committee for the new board term, including Abdulrahman Al-Eissa, Kubra Shehabi, and Wael Khalil.
