MIS wins 2 projects worth SAR 151.9M from SDAIA

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) said it bagged two projects from the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) worth SAR 151.9 million, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

 

The first project aims to deliver IT products and services compatible with the National Information Center’s infrastructure valued at SAR 83.95 million, inclusive of VAT, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The second project aims to provide IT products and services for high-speed networks and security systems valued at SAR 67.97 million, inclusive of VAT, MIS said in another statement.

 

The two contracts are expected to be signed on Nov. 22, 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the deals, the statements added.

 

According to data available with Argaam, MIS announced concluding deals worth SAR 726.83 million with SDAIA since the start of the year, including purchase orders, project awards and contract signings.
