The Capital Market Authority (CMA) greenlighted today, Oct. 23, Sadara Capital to float units of Sadara Freestyle Saudi Equity Fund in a public offering.

In a statement, the authority stated that its approval of the fund's offering should not be viewed as an endorsement of the feasibility of investing in the fund, as the decision to approve the offering signifies compliance with regulatory requirements under the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

Therefore, investors should carefully read the T&Cs, which include detailed information on the fund, investment strategy, and risk factors, to be able to assess the feasibility of investing.

If the T&Cs prove difficult to understand, it is recommended to refer to the fund manager for more information.
