Americana to approve Q3 2025 financials on Oct. 30

Americana Restaurants International PLC's board of directors will approve, on Oct. 30, the company’s consolidated financial statements for the period ended Sept. 30, 2025.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company stated that the decision is based on the audit committee’s recommendation.

Americana further noted that it will disclose the board’s approval by circulation once the decision is taken.

Americana Restaurants’ Q3 2025 net profit is forecast to rise 41% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 198.08 million, according to analysts’ estimates.
