Saudi Health Minister Fahd Al-Jalajel said that agreements and investments worth more than SAR 124 billion will be signed during the Global Health Exhibition in Riyadh.
Speaking at the event, Al-Jalajel announced the launch of a new set of initiatives and innovations to develop solutions for the global healthcare sector.
He also revealed that the ministry, in collaboration with Google, will introduce an AI-powered Smart Health Coach through the “Sehhaty” app, serving as a personal health advisor for each user.
The minister noted that Saudi Arabia’s average life expectancy has risen from 74 years in 2016 to 79 years in 2026, driven by significant advancements in healthcare and preventive services.
