Saudi Fisheries shares details on Al-Haridah assets’ value

Saudi Fisheries Co. said that assets of Al-Haridah Aquaculture Co., excluding provisions, are valued at SAR 62.42 million as on Sept. 30, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The net book value of the subject matter fixed assets reached SAR 78.31 million as of Sept. 30, 2025.

The final impact on the company's financial statements will be determined at the effective date of the agreement and the transfer of material risks and benefits, after accounting for depreciation expenses related to the covered assets up to the effective date.

 

Saudi Fisheries sold on Oct. 29 a 51% ownership stake in Al-Haridah Aquaculture to Sara National Trading Co., Argaam reported.
