MIS expects contract to reflect on financials starting Q4 2025 through to 2028

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed on Nov. 1 a contract with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) for SAR 209.71 million, VAT inclusive, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract has a three-year term and covers the operation and maintenance of managed IT systems and services.

 

The relevant financial impact is expected to appear starting Q4 2025 through Q4 2028.

 

MIS also confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this agreement, the statement added.
