Alkhorayef Water anticipates the related financial impact of this project award to appear in Q4 2025

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. was awarded today, Nov. 2, a contract worth SAR 52.17 million (excluding VAT) with the National Water Co. (NWC).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the 36-month contract entails the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater networks in the southern sector governorates and their affiliated centers and villages in Jazan Province.

 

It expects the related financial impact of the deal, which involved no related parties, to appear during the fourth quarter of 2025.

 

The company will announce any future developments in this regard at the time, especially after receiving the final version of the contract agreement signed by all parties.
