Qomel renews SAR 25M credit facility with BSF

Qomel Co. signed a Shariah-compliant credit facility renewal agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) for SAR 25 million.

 

The company obtained the financing on Nov. 3, for a one-year term, it said in a statement to Tadawul, noting that project revenues financed under the facility were assigned, and a promissory note was provided as collateral.

 

There are no related parties involved, Qomel added, noting that the deal aims to finance projects.
