Shareholders of Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co. elected a new board of directors for a four-year term, starting Dec. 17, 2025, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 4.

 

Aqaseem elected five board members, namely Faisal Al-Zahrani, Muhammed Al-Dosari, Mohammed Al-Faisal, Anas Aba Al-Khail, and Hisham bin Muqrin.

 

Shareholders also approved amendments to Article 4 of the company’s bylaws related to its objectives, as well as Article 11 concerning the purchase, sale, or pledge of the company’s shares.
