UCA board approves CEO Mohammed Basrawi’s retirement

United Cooperative Assurance Co.’s (UCA) board of directors approved, on Nov. 4, the resignation of CEO Mohammed Basrawi following his decision to retire effective Nov. 4.

 

Any developments regarding the appointment or assignment of a new CEO will be announced in due course, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
