KEIR reappoints Moath Al-Suhaibani Chairman, Ahmed Al-Hazmi as Vice Chairman

KEIR International Co.’s board of directors reappointed Moath bin Mohammed bin Omar Al-Suhaibani as Chairman and Ahmed bin Abdulhameed bin Mohammed Al-Hazmi as Vice Chairman.

 

The board also formed the remuneration and nomination committee and the executive committee.

 

It named the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations, in addition to appointing the Board Secretary.
