Nofoth board approves new branch in UAE

Nofoth Food Products Co.’s board of directors approved, on Nov. 5, the establishment of the company’s branch in the UAE, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

This decision is part of the firm’s expansion plan and its efforts to strengthen the presence of its brands in the GCC market, in line with its strategy to increase the number of branches within and outside the Kingdom.

 

The financial impact of the new branch is expected to appear starting from Q1 2026, the statement added.
