Salama gets IA nod to appoint member of nominations and remunerations committee

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. received, on Nov. 5, the non-objection of the Insurance Authority (IA) on appointing Alauddin ElBakri as a member of the nominations and remunerations committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointment is effective until the end of the current board term on Sept. 10, 2029.
