Hamad Bin Saedan awards SAR 33.5M logistics warehouses project

Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. awarded a project to build logistics warehouses in the Al-Nazim district to Lamsat Injaz Contracting Co. (a single-person company).
 

In a statement on Tadawul today, the company said the project covers the construction of 18 warehouses of varying sizes, at a total value of SAR 33.46 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT).

 

The project cost may vary according to actual construction areas. The project includes the construction of warehouses on a total area of 40,530 square meters (sqm), in addition to civil and finishing works and electrical and mechanical installations.

 

The company added that the project aligns with its expansion strategy that aims to support the development of the logistics real estate sector.

 

Hamad Bin Saedan confirmed that there are no related parties in the deal, and the contract is expected to be signed on Nov. 24, 2025.
