Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co.’s shareholders will vote on distributing a 5% cash dividend (SAR 0.50 per share) for 2024 during the extraordinary general assembly, scheduled for Nov. 30, 2025, according to a Tadawul statement.
