TADCO board approves CEO resignation by mutual consent

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) said its board on Nov. 13 approved CEO Yahya Mubarki's request to end his contract by mutual consent.

 

The resignation will take effect on Jan. 12, 2026, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Mubarki was appointed as CEO on April 1, 2024, according to Argaam data.
