MEPCO elects board members for 4-year term ending Nov. 13, 2029

Middle East Paper Co.’s (MEPCO) shareholders elected board members for the new four-year term starting on Nov. 14, 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

In an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 13, shareholders elected Musaab Al Muhaidib, Majed Al Esmail, Farid Habib, Robertus Renders, Walid Shukri, Rakan Abunayyan, Feras Al Baiyat and Ghazi Al Rawi as board members.

Meanwhile, shareholders approved amending the charter of policies and the criteria for membership of the board of directors, the remuneration policy for board members, committees, and executive management and the dividend distribution policy.
