National Medical Care (Care) said the Murabaha financing facilities will go towards the repayment of existing loans

National Medical Care Co. (Care) signed a Shariah-compliant Murabaha financing agreement with Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB), with an amount up to SAR 228.5 million.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that a five-year financing facility was obtained on Nov. 17, 2025, and the amount is covered by promissory notes.

The facilities have been obtained to repay existing Murabaha facilities with GIB Bank and Riyad Bank amounting to SAR 182.5 million, which will reduce the company’s financial burdens for the upcoming periods, the statement added.
