Diriyah Company unveiled its latest residential development, the “Manazel Al-Hadawi” project, and the start of off-plan sales, during the company’s participation in Cityscape Global 2025.
 

The project includes, in its first phase, 239 residential units consisting of apartments and penthouses of various sizes, with prices starting from SAR 1.6 million. The project is located within the Media and Innovation District and spans an area of 76,000 square meters. Diriyah Company is fully responsible for developing and constructing the project.
 

The company also announced signing three development contracts valued at SAR 5.73 billion with Mabani Co. and BEC Arabia to develop infrastructure projects, commercial areas, and residential communities within the main Diriyah master plan.
 

They include a contract with Mabani Co. to execute King Khalid Road, according to a statement. Diriyah also signed two contracts with the BEC Arabia covering the construction of several office buildings and the development of Al-Hadawi homes within the Media and Innovation District.
 

Diriyah’s overall development covers an area of 14 square kilometers within a supervisory zone of 194 square kilometers. The project aims to attract 50 million visits annually by 2030, accommodate more than 100,000 residents upon completion, and create over 180,000 jobs. Diriyah will also host nearly 40 world-class hotels and resorts, more than 18,000 residential units, 9 museums, a university, several schools, and many cultural assets.
