Aljazira Capital, the financial advisor, bookrunner, underwriter, and lead manager, alongside Arqaam Capital as joint bookrunner, confirmed the successful completion of the book-building process for the participating parties’ tranche in the initial public offering (IPO) of Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Co. (CGS).
In a statement to Tadawul, the company stated that the final offer price was set at SAR 10 per share and the IPO order book was 61.6x covered.
CGS will float 30 million shares on the Main Market (TASI), representing 30% of the company’s capital, with a nominal value of SAR 1 per share, according to Argaam’s data.
Retail investors can subscribe over a two-day period from Nov. 26–27, 2025. Individual subscribers will receive 20% of the total shares offered for public subscription.
