Sadirat accepts resignation of four board members and its MD amid strategic alignment issues and personal circumstances
Saudi Industrial Export Co. (Sadirat) accepted the resignations of four members of its board of directors, along with Managing Director Ghassan Al-Haidari, effective Nov. 16.
In two statements to Tadawul, Sadirat identified the resigning members as Al-Haidari (executive), Amer Al-Ghofili (independent), Ali Al-Humaidan (independent), and Bader Al Othman (independent).
The company said the resignations were submitted due to personal circumstances and a misalignment between the current board’s vision and shareholders’ expectations, except for one member who resigned solely for personal reasons.
All resigning members began their board terms on June 16, 2025. Sadirat added that it will announce any material developments in due course.
