Zahrah Al-Waha Trading Company is pleased to notify the Company's shareholders that they can vote on the Extraordinary General Meeting Agenda remotely, using contemporary technology, via the Tadawulaty system, at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, 18-11-2025, corresponding to 27-05-1447 H.

 

Please note that shareholders registered on Tadawulaty services can start voting remotely starting from 1:00 AM on Friday, 14-11-2025 AD, corresponding to 23-05-1447 AH, and will continue until 7:15 PM on the day of the meeting, Tuesday, 18-11-2025, corresponding to 27-05-1447 H.
