Multi Business Group inks a contract with Riyadh Development Co. for new wholesale market.

Multi Business Group Co. signed on Nov. 18 a contract with Riyadh Development Co. to design and build the Riyadh wholesale market for vegetables and fruits.

 

The contract runs for 18 months, with no related parties, and is expected to have a positive financial impact on its results in H2 2025, the full year 2026, and H1 2027, Multi Business said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In late October, the company was awarded a contract, whose value exceeds 85% of its 2024 revenue, to develop the Al-Aziziyah wholesale fruit and vegetable market. The company will design, build, and finish the electrical and mechanical engineering works under the contract, according to Argaam data.

 

The company’s 2024 revenue stood at SAR 135 million, implying the contract value stands at roughly SAR 115 million.
