Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) said the agreement is expected to generate positive returns from 2025 to 2028
Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed a unified technical licensing agreement worth SAR 67.02 million (VAT inclusive) with the Ministry of Commerce.
In a statement to Tadawul today, Nov. 19, the company said the 36-month contract’s scope of work includes the supply, renewal, installation, activation, and configuration of software and system licenses, as well as technical support for applications and infrastructure for the Ministry of Commerce.
The project was awarded on July 13, while the contract was signed today, the statement added, noting the involvement of no related parties.
A positive financial impact is expected to be reflected in 2P’s income statements for 2025 through 2028, it indicated.
The project aims to enhance the quality of services provided to the ministry's clients, ensure a stable and secure technological work environment, and regurarly develop and improve the ministry's work environment.
