Fakeeh Care says credit facilities from ANB to support group’s expansion plans

Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Co. (Fakeeh Care) signed, on Nov. 19, a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement with Arab National Bank (ANB), valued at SAR 825 million.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the facilities will be available to all entities under Fakeeh Care and will support the group’s expansion and growth plans.

The company noted that the facilities comprise SAR 450 million in long-term financing and SAR 375 million in short-term financing, secured solely by a promissory note.

It indicated that the purpose of the financing is to support the expansion and growth of Fakeeh Care, adding that no related parties are involved in the agreement.

These facilities renew and increase the existing credit limits with ANB, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged.

According to data available with Argaam, the company renewed in November 2024 a Shariah-compliant credit facility with ANB valued at SAR 750 million under competitive terms and conditions.
