NHC inks 4 deals for SAR 4.2B to develop residential units in Riyadh, Makkah

National Housing Co. (NHC) signed two agreements

National Housing Co. (NHC) signed four agreements to develop residential units in Riyadh and Makkah, with a total value exceeding SAR 4.2 billion.

In a post on X, the company said the first agreement was signed with AlMowatin International Co. to develop 1,075 residential units in Wujhat Al Fursan in Riyadh, for SAR 875 million.

The second agreement was signed with Ledar Co. to develop more than 930 residential units in the Dar Makkah project within Wujhat Bawabat Makkah, at a value of SAR 899 million.

The company noted that a third agreement was signed with Dar Wa Emaar Co. to develop 2,800 residential units in Wujhat Al Fursan in Riyadh, at a value exceeding SAR 3.3 billion.

The fourth agreement was signed with Ezdihar Real Estate to develop 1,120 residential units in Wujhat Al Fursan in Riyadh for SAR 880 million.

NHC noted that these agreements were signed on the sidelines of the Cityscape Global conference.
